How to Get on the Paid Reserve List for an UPCOMING (not yet born) Litter

Our reservation list allows you to place a $250 deposit ahead of time to “reserve” your place in line for a puppy from an upcoming litter. (**PLEASE NOTE that AFTER a litter is born NEW RESERVE deposits are $500.)

The RESERVE LIST is FIRST COME FIRST PICK! Everyone on the paid reserve list will be contacted when a new breeding occurs and informed of the proposed due date. When ALL PUPPIES ARE DELIVERED, they will then be contacted with the list of genders and colors within 24hrs along with photos.

NEW FALL 2026: ALL PUPPIES WILL BE CDDY TESTED (this affects pricing!) Results take approx. 15 days. ONCE RESULTS ARE IN, everyone on the paid reserve list will be sent UPDATED PHOTOS along with leg/weight measurements, colors, genders and personality assessments AND their CDDY results ALONG WITH PRICING. Everyone will have 48hrs to make their choices and give the breeder their first 5 picks (or 1, 2, 3, or 4 picks).

 

How to Reserve a BORN PUPPY (When Extra Puppies are Available!)

The deposit to Reserve a BORN puppy, the deposit is $500 (applied toward puppy’s total price).

THIS PERIOD GETS UGLY.

I’m not going to sugar coat it . . . I always have several families circling upcoming litters like vultures and they are ready to swoop in once the litter is born!

However, I WILL NOT accept any NEW deposits until the early reserve list has made their choices AND picks are then opened to the public! This is to prevent any unfairness or hard feelings from customers. I know I cannot make everyone happy but I will certainly do my best!

“How do I know when I can choose my puppy if I can’t get on the early reserve list?”

I begin updating puppy info on the website JUST AFTER 15 days of age and THAT is when you can contact me and put down a deposit for your pick. Stay up to date with my social media posts on Instagram and Facebook – I’ll let everyone know when testing results are BACK and the day the early reserve group will be sending me their choices. That’s when you watch the website puppy page. It takes a few hours to update and pups will be listed with pricing, personality, measurements, colors/genders, CDDY results and AVAILABILITY STATUS!

I STRONGLY encourage those who have to wait to MAKE YOUR OWN LIST of picks from #1 to last pick, that way you are READY TO RESERVE when public reserving is opened. Calling or texting me is BEST at this time!

In the meantime, ANYONE is free to call, e-mail or video chat with the puppies to discuss which ones might be a good fit. Choosing a puppy can be SO TOUGH!

Once everyone has made their selection, you are FREE TO CHANGE YOUR SELECTION if a puppy has not been reserved. You do NOT have to select a puppy at at the set time, but I CANNOT hold your place in the pick line if you do not and you may end up with the very last puppy.

If for some reason you choose NOT to select ANY of the puppies, your deposit will be rolled into the next litter as next in line on that list.

Your deposit is applied toward the total price of the puppy and is NON-REFUNDABLE should you change your mind or fail to choose a puppy.

It is ONLY refundable if something happens with the litter, something happens to your puppy pick or if not enough puppies are born.

Pricing and What to Expect for $$

Pricing is based on TOP QUALITY PUPPIES and can be lowered if quality is deemed less than perfect. Color also affects pricing with less common colors going for more $$ and more common colors going for less $$. Below is our STANDARD list based on puppies with ONE COPY of the CDDY gene:

  • Reverse Brindle $2000
  • Classic black fawn or black sable $2000
  • Blue Brindle/blue solid $2500
  • Blue Sable/Blue Fawn $3000
  • Solid black $3500
  • Chocolate $3500
  • Any Color above in Atypical Merle $3500
  • Any color above in Harlequin Merle $3750
  • Cocoa $4000 *
  • Isabella $4250 *
  • Lilac $4500

        *These colors are currently CARRIED by our dogs but have NOT yet been produced

Our dogs do not currently carry cream.

 

PRICING ABOVE WILL VARY ACCORDING TO THESE FACTORS:

Number of CDDY copies – as we are working to BREED OUT CDDY from our dogs, ALL PUPPIES from now on will be TESTED AT BIRTH and copies listed on the website. Puppies with TWO COPIES will be $500 LESS than the above shown pricing. Puppies with NO COPIES will be $500 MORE than the above pricing.

PERFECT PUPPY GUARANTEE: Your puppy is guaranteed PERFECT at time of take home unless noted by a vet. Certain vet issues are GROUND FOR PRICE DISCOUNT, such as: heart murmur, umbilical hernia, deafness, growth anomalies, food regurgitation, any other health issue. POSITIVE FECAL SAMPLES ARE NOT GROUNDS FOR DISCOUNT.
Breeder MAY ALSO choose to lower a price based on NOT MEETING DETERMINED BREED STANDARDS such as excessively bulging eyes, long legs, long tail or anything else breeder deems “less than perfect”.

SHOULD YOUR VET find ANY cognitive health issue that he/she determines puppy was BORN WITH and my vet did NOT find, you MAY be offered a partial refund depending on the issue (MUST BE WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR).

PUPPY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE:

IF YOUR DOG DIES BEFOE AGE 8 from an INHERITED CONDITION, you may be entitled to a puppy replacement of equal to or less than the purchase price of your puppy. This includes heart defects, certain cancers, or IVDD on NON DISCOUNTED PUPPIES.
